Balance is the first personal meditation program in the world. Balance is your own personal meditation coach. You'll be asked questions each day about your experience with meditation, goals and preferences. Balance creates daily meditations for you based on an audio library with thousands of files. Your meditations will become more effective and personalized the more you share.
Balance's daily mediations are organized into 10-day plans that teach basic meditation skills tailored to your goals and requirements. You will learn how to increase your awareness, focus in the face of distractions and relax when stressed.
Singles are small meditations that you can use anywhere, anytime. Morning meditations and stretching are a great way to start the day. Then, you can make your commute more peaceful with a meditation tailored for where you want to go and how you plan on getting there. You can clear your mind by using animated breathing exercises. And you can reduce stress, increase energy and focus through quick Relax, Concentrate, and Energize meditations.
Our Sleep Meditations, Sleep Sounds and Wind Down Activity will help you to relax and get a better night's sleep. It uses controlled breathing and bilateral stimulation. Immersive Meditations are also available, combining sound effects, vibrations and coaching to create an entirely new type of meditation.
Start with our Foundations Plan. You'll learn to focus on your breathing and notice sensations throughout your body. If you meditate regularly, you can start with the Advanced Plan.
