FlowJo is an efficient application designed to provide an environment for viewing and analyzing flow cytometric data. Conducting such an analysis is critical when diagnosing health disorders - specifically blood cancers - but may be used in research or clinical practice applications as well.

Customizable and Easy to Navigate Interface
FlowJo provides an user-friendly interface. It consists of the main workspace with several ribbons containing tabbed bands which enable easy scrolling between different tasks, customizable each band with your preferred tasks and even drag and dropping samples or bands on to the workspace for quick access.

The Group section allows you to organize samples in an order that allows for analysis. By right-clicking individual samples, group settings such as name, color, font style, role inclusion criteria and assignments can be modified. Each sample also offers various actions like adding keywords or statistics or viewing data sets through spatial spinnable visualization windows as well as being concatenated together into files.

How the main window of FlowJo is designed not only helps users explore its main functionality, but it teaches users how to accurately determine concentration of solutions by titration.

Generate subsets for in-depth analysis FlowJo provides advanced gating tools that make subsetting collections of cells easy, while its Statistics option lets you easily calculate population frequency (Freq), Coefficient of Variation (CV), and Median Fluorescence Intensity (MFI).
