Gillmeister Automatic PDF Processor 1.29.0

File size: 127 MB

Automatic PDF Processor makes processing PDFs automatic. Any number of folders can be monitored in order to print, rename or move incoming PDFs automatically into dynamically named folders; numerous metadata of PDF documents such as invoice information can also be utilized as filters when narrowing down PDF file lists for processing - filter options available include document text filters as well as metadata filters as well as general file information filter options.

Extraction of data from PDF text documents is entirely optional and an unlimited number of extraction rules may be created within each profile, using extracted information as needed for folder or file naming, after optional validation and formatting, with CSV output for archive purposes or saving to save money in print costs. Another automated task with Automatic PDF Processor involves extracting attachments such as ZUGFeRD XML files or similar attachments as part of PDF invoices in one folder - so-called attachment extraction can save both time and resources!
