It also generates conclusive plots to determine the area beneath the ROC chart. It can compare up to six ROC curves, calculating differences in the area, standard errors, P values and more.

MedCalc can handle missing data and create subgroups. It also calculates percentile rankings, power transformation, and computes the ranks of each group. The program includes outlier detection tools, regression and correlation, Bland & Altman Plotting and Chi-Square tests.
