OsmAnd+ is a map-navigation application that provides access to high-quality, free OpenStreetMap data. You can enjoy voice and optical navigation. View POIs, create and manage GPX tracks. Use contour lines and altitude information.

The main features

Navigation
It can be used online or offline, and there are no roaming fees when abroad.
Voice guidance for turning (recorded voices and synthesized voice)

• Lane guidance, street names, and estimated arrival time are optional
• Supports intermediate points in your itinerary
• Re-routing automatically when you depart from the route

You can search for locations by typing in the address or type (e.g. Restaurant, hotel, petrol station, museum, etc.) or geographical coordinates

You can align your picture using a compass, or by pointing in the direction you are moving.

Display POIs around you
Display specialized tiles, satellite view from Bing, different overlays such as touring/navigation GPX track and additional layers with customizable transparent

Select between the complete region and only the road network data (Example : Japan as a whole is 700MB, or 200MB for just the road network).
