OsmAnd+ (OSM Automated Navigation Directions) is an open, worldwide, high-quality OpenStreetMap data application which offers voice and optical navigation services with access to POIs (points of interest), creating and managing GPX tracks, visualizing contour lines with altitude information as well as driving modes (driving/cycling/pedestrian modes), OSM editing capability as well as much more!
