File Apk

• All applications sent via Send Anywhere are owned by the developer. The user is responsible if sharing an APK file violates current copyright laws.
• You will typically not be able share APKs between OS and Android. Check with the application's developer first before transferring files between platforms.

Video Files

• The video received may not be sent to the gallery of the phone. If this is the case, you can play the video by using a file manager application.
• Download a video player compatible with the format of the video if you are unable to play the video.
• Send anywhere's file sharing service is convenient, but we need the permissions below from users to make it work.
• Write Internal Storage (Required). To store files in internal storage via 'Send Anywhere.
• Read Internal storage (required) : Send files from internal storage via Send Anywhere.
• Google Nearby API allows you to share files using Wi-Fi Direct. Bluetooth may be enabled to identify and locate nearby devices. It may ask for Bluetooth permissions.
• Write External Storage : Store files received via Send Anywhere on external storage (SD Card).
• Read External Storage : To send files from external storage via Send Anywhere.
• Record Audio: Recognize a sound and receive files.
• You can read contacts to send the contacts that are stored on your phone.
• Camera: To be able to send files via QR Code
