Slitheris Network Discovery Pro 1.2.4

This is the Slitheris Network Discovery user manual. Slitheris detects information without the use of an agent from computer systems and network devices. This includes those that have credential issues or are not configured correctly. This tool is popular with Managed Service providers (MSPs), and can be used by anyone, regardless of their technical background. This first guide is a simple overview of Slitheris, which is relatively new and straightforward.

Slitheris and other active scanning tools may trigger Intrusion Detection Systems to alarm. If necessary, please add an exception to any IDS/IPS that you use for your PC. Please be careful when scanning. Always get permission.

Top of Slitheris is dark blue dashboard that displays various information including the discovery engine, scan status, devices count, ping sweep, and IP map with the selected IP range.

You can start IP scans in 3 different ways: all at once or by selecting a range. Additional scans may be initiated while another scan is in progress to provide a GUI with multiple threads.
