Calendar 3 reminds you of all your appointments and birthdays. Calendar 3 for Windows is simple to use. With just one click, you can add an appointment.

You can plan your next holiday or the appointment you have at the salon with four views. You can choose between a daily, weekly, monthly or annual view.

Home screen - New
On the home screen, you can see all the appointments for the day as well as the birthdays of the next few days. Colored notes can be pinned to the homescreen.

Several calendar views
With a single click, you can switch between multiple calendar views. Plan your appointments using the weekly or daily calendar. You can use the monthly or yearly calendar to plan your holiday. Plan your vacation. This list prints or shows all the appointments in a given time period.

Birthday calendar integrated
Create a calendar of birthdays for your friends, family members or co-workers. It will automatically display the birthday in your calendar and, if desired, remind you to purchase a gift in good time.

Notes on tasks
You can enter tasks and brief notes into the calendar. You can keep your desk free of all paper notes.

Access to contacts and customers
Calendar 3 will take the address details, birthdays, and phone ...) from Invoice 4 or Addresses 3.

Network
The calendar can be used on as many workstations as desired within the network. The same information is available to all workstations. All workstations will automatically be updated with new appointments or changes. You need one license for every workstation.
